General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Diamond Heels Class

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings and participation in Diamond Heels Class courses via the website www.diamondheelsclass.ch. By making a booking, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Registration/booking

Registration is done online via the booking form or via the corresponding payment platforms.

The course place is reserved upon booking.

Registration is binding as soon as payment has been received or the booking has been confirmed.

3. Terms of payment

The course fee is due before the start of the course and can be paid via Twint or other specified payment methods.

If payment is not made on time, the course place may be allocated to other participants.

4. Cancellation / Refund

Cancellation by the participant is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the course.

After that, the full course fee will be retained.

In case of absence without cancellation, there is no entitlement to a refund.

Diamond Heels Class reserves the right to cancel courses for important reasons (e.g., illness of the course instructor, unforeseeable events). In this case, a full refund or a replacement date will be offered.

5. Conditions of participation

The courses are aimed at all persons who are physically healthy.

Each participant is responsible for their own health and fitness.

Diamond Heels Class accepts no liability for injuries or damage incurred during the course.

6. Data protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and will only be used for course administration purposes.

7. Liability

Diamond Heels Class is only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

The person responsible is liable for damage caused by participants.

8. Photo and video recordings

Photos or videos may be taken at events or courses for advertising purposes.

By participating, the participant agrees to the use of such images, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Diamond Heels Class reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary.

The current version is published on the website and is valid.

10. Applicable law / place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies.

The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, to the extent permitted by law.
